United Way of West Tennessee
United Way of West Tennessee is a volunteer-driven organization designed to identify community needs, develop plans to address these needs, and bring together the resources necessary to do so. It currently funds more than 90 non-profit agencies in Madison, Crockett, Hardeman, Gibson, McNairy, Weakley, Henderson, Haywood, Carroll and Dyer counties. Planning, fundraising, and community investing are guided by local volunteers and Boards of Directors in each county. The agencies funded by United Way provide a full range of health and human care services that meet the needs and concerns of all ages and economic groups. 2006-2007 Community Investments
